What Our Patients Are Saying:

I was rear-ended in a car accident and didn’t start hurting till three days later. I called and made an appointment with Airrosti. Immediately after the first session, I was out of pain for a couple of days. I went for a second session and was painless for a longer period of time. After the fourth session, I really felt great without any pain or stiffness. This is unreal to out of pain in that short period of time. I highly recommend everyone go to Airrosti for a quick recovery. – Dennis Patrick

When I went in to Airrosti for the first time, I had not been able to move my neck for about a month, suffered terrible shoulder and neck pain and after 4 visits, I have 95 % movement in my neck and shoulder as I am so very grateful! Thank you and it was great getting to learn from the staff and if I have any other needs I know where to go…. months of pain and in just 4 sessions I feel amazing! Thank you for the tools to improve my health and wellness!! – Brandy Schwettmann

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
