what our patients have to say

After going to a free evaluation through my workplace, I found out I was suffering from whiplash from a car accident a month prior. I was experiencing debilitating headaches daily and my range of motion in my neck was terrible. I worked with Dr. Williams for about 5 months and now back to normal and no more headaches. I really love the exercises I was given to do at home and how great I would feel after having my appointment at Arrosti. Dr. Williams is great and I recommend Arrosti to everyone that I can.

I came to Airrosti for a hurt foot from running. I noticed a huge difference after the first session. By the 3rd session, all the pain was gone and I’m back to running! Highly recommend!!!

I first went to Airrosti when I was competing in the Crossfit Games Regionals in 2014. Then when I moved to DC in 2016 I was lucky enough to have an Airrosti provider within distance from where I lived. Over the past two years, Airrosti has helped me fight groin issues, lower back pain, and elbow pain. Every time I went to Airrosti I felt a little better and was given the tools to make continual progress with the areas that hurt to make them feel better and stay better. Airrosti has really helped my continue to train hard for multiple years and I will continue to use them in the future!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
