What Our Patients Are Saying:

My son is a very active soccer player. He has been suffering from heel pain for over two years. He’s had MRIs, sonograms, and x-rays. He has seen a handful of orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists. We’ve spent countless amounts on shoes, shoe inserts and ankle braces. The hardest part for my son was all the time away from the field his pain caused. We were finally directed to Airrosti Therapy. Under their guidance and care, my son was finally able to play the game he loves PAIN FREE! The suggested strengthening exercises has kept his issues away for months! You never plan for your kids to have sports related injuries, but next time I’ll make Airrosti my first visit rather than my last! – Jennifer McDaniel I had gone on a trip to NYC and passed out on the train. When doing so, my knee twisted and it was very painful to walk. After getting a few treatments from Airrosti, I was able to start working out again and walking without pain. The therapy worked and only after about 5 visits. Had I gone to physical therapy, this would have taken months. I highly recommend Airrosti. – Diane Turner I came to Airrosti back in late April / first of May 2018 with shooting pain in my forearms, wrists, and biceps. I had previously been to a surgeon who was wanting me to have surgery on both of my wrists. After 4 visits with Airrosti, I had minimal to no pain and was able to begin working out again. Their staff is great, very easy to talk to and get along with. I have no hesitations about going back to see them with any of my injuries in the future. – Trent Briley

During your first visit, our provider will thoroughly assess and diagnose your condition and determine if Airrosti can effectively resolve your condition. If your provider determines you are not a good candidate for treatment, or you choose not to move forward with care, he/she will refer you to a specialist as appropriate. Click here to learn more about what to expect during your first.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
