Best pain relief solution EVER! I fell in the bathtub in August and caught my arm on the tub edge on the way down. I first visited my primary doc and had X-rays done after the extreme pain started in my right arm, elbow, shoulder, and neck. In September, I saw an Orthopedic Specialist, and he put me in a wrist brace. It aggravated the nerves even more and did nothing to relieve the constant pain. Then a friend mentioned Airrosti, and I read over their website and made an appointment. From my very first visit, Dr. Norris started the treatment. I felt immediate relief with each appointment. Just finished my 4th visit and have one more until I’m done. Airrosti uses a combination of pressure techniques along with physical therapy exercises that target and treat the painful areas directly. Not going to lie; some of the sessions have a little discomfort involved to stimulate the pain center. However, it wasn’t as bad as the pain I’d been living with the past few months. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain in my shoulder and neck for years. It’s a low pain but nags me every single day, irritates me when I’m at work, affects my sleep, and limits my workouts. I went to Dr. Rachel recently and she got in there and really made a HUGE difference w/ my pain in just four treatments! I have tried lots of other treatments, including acupuncture, deep tissue massage, traditional chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, and just good old rest. Nothing helped until I saw Dr. Rachel. I am so grateful for the work she does and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
