what our patients have to say

I went to therapy for my knee being in a lot of pain. I expected some relief but ended up getting a lot of relief. Mr. Slayter started out with some knee massaging which sent me off the table but he knew exactly what he was doing, then he sent me in to see the Physical Therapist Nathan who was great. the exercises and instructions were easy to follow. In six weeks’ time I’m doing so much better they released me because the only time I have pain is if I overdo it. I honestly believe with continuing the exercises my knee will continue to be stronger. This Dr. and Therapist are so polite and professional I was never uncomfortable they both explained everything that was going on with my knee. I would recommend everyone I know to them with no hesitation.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
