Most patients report complete injury resolution in an average of three visits. (Based on patient-reported outcomes)

Frequently found to be a viable alternative to surgery, Airrosti Dominion may help you avoid painful, expensive, unnecessary treatments and procedures. We also have a proven track record of helping patients significantly reduce or eliminate the need for prescription pain killers and long-term pain management plans.

With 5-star reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp, you can trust Airrosti Dominion to help with everything from shoulder to back and knee pain, as well as injuries, including plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, sprains, pulls, and more. We encourage you to schedule your worry-free first appointment at your earliest convenience, and we at Airrosti Dominion look forward to helping you quickly get back to enjoying life pain free.

What Our Patients Are Saying:

Dr. Terra and Paula helped both me and my daughter recover from injuries. After spending 3 months in PT for a frozen shoulder with very limited success, I was able to see huge improvements in about 3-4 weeks. My daughter had trouble with her hip flexor from dance, and she was also able to eliminate the pain with Airrosti. We both really enjoyed meeting Dr. Terra and Paula and appreciated their expertise and help in getting us back to normal!

Mary Beth

The Airrosti team that I see is beyond fantastic! I have gone to see them for both shoulder and knee pain. The reason why I keep going back is that they dedicate time to understand my issue and explain [in words that I can understand] what caused the pain and how to fix it. I highly recommend going to see them for a long term fix to your pain!

At Airrosti, we effectively treat a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. Click here to review a complete list of the common injuries we treat. During your first visit, our provider will thoroughly assess and diagnose your condition and determine if Airrosti can effectively resolve your condition. If your provider determines you are not a good candidate for treatment, or you choose not to move forward with care, he/she will refer you to a specialist as appropriate. Click here to learn more about what to expect during your first.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
