what our patients have to say

I love Dr. Murray! I had been suffering from a very painful frozen shoulder for months, had several rounds of PT with other providers with no results and cortisone shots. Nothing really helped until I saw Dr. Murray! He really worked on my shoulder and helped to break up the adhesion. More than that he recommended heavy icing in that area. I believe it was that combo that caused my shoulder to thaw. He’s a miracle worker and I cannot recommend him enough!

Scott has always been passionate and knowledgeable about health and wellness. He is someone to be trusted and his past experiences have built him into a great provider. There were days after long-serving shifts or strenuous athletic competitions where the care offered by Scott was exactly what was necessary to alleviate pains and discomforts stemming from my spine.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
