I have had chronic neck and back pain for over a decade. I have traditionally treated/masked this with Ibuprofin or Naproxen. I was treated by Dr. Turjanica only a handful of times for each injury. I am happy to say that I am completely pain free for the first time in many years. I HAVE NOT USED ANY MEDICATION SINCE MY FIRST VISIT. Simply Amazing!!!! I thank you from the bottom of my liver and stomach. I was released from treatment just yesterday afternoon. Overnight it snowed 9 inches. I woke early to shovel my driveway and sidewalk before leaving for work. As I was walking out the door my wife ran to the door to get my attention. She said ” I think you forgot something”. In her hand was the bottle of Naproxen that I had been using prior to my Airrosti experience. She said “I thought you would need this after shoveling”. I was very happy to tell her not only that my back didn’t even hurt but that I no longer needed to take medication. Thank you again.

My dumbest injury? Pulling my back out bending over to get something off the floor. Seriously…doing nothing at all. But I was barely able to sit upright or press the gas peddle in my car without screaming pain. Dr. Hall got me in immediately despite being full and I walked upright out of his office from the first visit, not 100% but I’d say 70% better. Two more visits in a week and 100%. Have you ever said, “It is just going to take time?” And weeks later you are still suffering? It doesn’t have to be that way. Airrosti and Dr. Hall are amazing!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
