What Our Patients Are Saying:

I went to Airrosti in hopes of getting some relief from lower back pain and hip pain. I have suffered with a nagging lower back pain for years. I have visited my chiropractor, been put on the DRX machine and had messages, numerous times to get relief. I had 3 sessions with Airrosti, and my lower back pain is nearly gone. They showed me exercises to do to keep the pain from coming back. THEY WORK! The Airrosti staff is amazing!! They know their stuff and did an EXCELLENT job! I so appreciate them and their knowledge and expertise! And is pretty sweet and personable to visit with as well!! Thank you Airrosti!! I “HIGHLY” recommend this to anyone who has any type of pain they are dealing with! – Roxanne Ogden Twenty-five years ago I had surgery which affected my shoulder/neck. Apparently, scar tissue was to blame for the extreme pain and tightness I was experiencing. I had seen regular chiropractors and a pain management specialist, but the Airrosti team diagnosed the problem immediately and their technique gave me immediate relief. The whole Airrosti experience was great. – Paula Coulter

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
