There is currently construction on Tower Drive, so please allow about 10 extra minutes of time to navigate detours. There are two detours to this location: Detour 1: 281 & Winding Way — From Winding Way, you will go straight through 4-way stop and continue on Winding Way. You will turn right onto Tomahawk Trail, then turn right onto Pontiac Lane, and then turn right onto Limestone Creek. Limestone Creek turns into Tower Drive *There is a road closure sign here. Please go around this sign and continue on Tower Drive* Take a Left into the back of the Airrosti Campus. Please follow the road all the way around to the front side and park in the patient parking located by the front doors.
After COVID I complained about foot numbness and frequent falls. 3 years of seeing multiple providers (rheumatologist, neurologist, physical therapist,massage, injections and podiatrist) I'd resigned to the the idea that orthopedic braces were my new reality. As a last attempt, I brought braces and reviewed my situation with Dr. CrIsp. He asked me to trust him and cautioned me that treatment might not be comfortable – I told him I had nothing to lose. He poked around my feet and gave me a few exercises by the end of week I was seeing improvement and excitement had me doing them with greater frequency. He cautioned me to slow it down to avoid injury. Did several sessions and adhered to the home exercises. Four weeks later – had the confirmation from the doc that prescribed the braces that improvement was such she was confident I would not need the braces. Talk about life changing. Today I traded my oversized shoes (fitted for the braces) for a pair of walking shoes and joined a neighbor…+ show morehood walking group! Toes still have tightness but I have renewed hope and new reality – walked 10717 steps today! Thanks to Dr. Crisp and Adam for working with me and making it possible.

Dr. Askey has a heart of gold! He helped me through one of the most physically challenging times of my life. I had multiple sites of pain and he was so patient with me. I love swimming, and when other professionals said I would never compete again Dr. Askey inspired me to have hope and that one day I would return to the pool! Because of him, his excellent care, and his positive attitude and inspiration I’m back in the water!! I have had Plantar Facsiitis for over 20 yrs. I have had a surgery, multiple stress fractures and have not been able to run. Running used to be my go to for stress relief. I have been going to Dr Askey for about 7-8 visits over two months and I was able to run a 9 minute mile recently. While I am still working on my strength, I am able to recover from runs faster. This has been such a blessing. I have lost 25 lbs and my Blood pressure has fallen dramatically because I am able to run again. I would recommend Airrosti to anyone.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
