Parking is located in the rear of the building, left of the State Farm suite. Our entrance is a double glass door with World Cup Plaza in large print. Once you enter the building you have the options of stairs or the elevator to the left. We are located on the second floor at the top of the stairs or your immediate left of the elevator doors.
During a routine visit to my Doctor, I told her of my orthopedic surgeon’s desire to operate on my foot. She recommended Dr. Kante with Airrosti. It took 3 visits to put me on a path away from surgery through rehabilitation. Dr. Kante is kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Ben is part of her staff that worked with me on strength and balance. I shared another issue I have and she has provided me with a referral for another Doctor. Dr. Kante with Airrosti is one of the best medical experiences I have had in my long life.

Surgery fixed my excruciating sciatic nerve pain, but nearly 10 years later painful muscle spasms continued and I would often “through my back out.” Dr. Welch’s treatment got really deep into the muscles of my back and then Justin taught me some really great exercises. My back hasn’t felt so good in 20 years. I also had a really tight and painful hamstring on my right side that I believe was related to my back problems. Dr. Welch treated me for that issue and also for my right foot, which had been giving me a lot of pain since January. I now feel pain free and I have learned to move my body the way it is designed to move. I am very grateful for Dr. Welch, Justin and their Airrosti treatment.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
