During The Open this year a sudden quad injury happened in the middle of the 16.2 workout. It was very devistating because I could see my chances of a third appearance at regionals coming to an end. I decided to rest from all types of training and contact Dr. Espinoza for treatment on my quad. Dr. Espinoza gladly took me in and worked on my leg right away. Soon enough I was up moving around again and was able to still finish The Open and place 14th overall in the South Central Region. Thanks to Dr. Espinoza and his team for helping me recover quickly which allowed me to prepare and train for Regionals.

I had come in with some neck and shoulder pain that caused numbness all the way down to last two fingers on my right hand. Lost power and strength at times all the way down my arm, with no grip pressure. They did exactly what they advertised…in a few short visits I was on my way to recovery..Dr. Espinoza was very knowledgeable and helped alleviate the pain right away…The rehab exercises shown to me, were for my exact problem, and were adjusted as my strength level increased. Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
