We live in Georgetown and had our first experience with Airrosti last week when my 12-year-old daughter strained an inner thigh muscle. The original doctor, Dr. Wall, saw her on the first 2 visits and we agreed to see Dr. Anderson on the 3rd visit as Dr. Wall was taking time off. Dr. Anderson was fantastic! Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
