what our patients have to say

After over 7 years of chronic lower back and hip pain, I thought there was nothing that would solve my problem. I had been to countless chiropractors and specialists who were only able to temporality reduce my pain. Now after treatment, I remember what it feels like to be human again. I have a newfound energy that I’m excited to restart my normal life again!

Tremendous! I came to the office with a tennis elbow injury that I had randomly fell into literally off a medicine ball that I would sit on at work. My arm hurt a lot, I could barely lift 5 lbs without having forearm and elbow pain. Within 3 visits my arm felt almost 100% better with no pain. I was extremely impressed with their work to the point where I scheduled an appointment for them to look at an ongoing knee pain I had from running and wear and tear over the years. I’m completely fixed now. They’re very progressive experts with flawless techniques and I’d recommend them to my family before anyone else. Thanks Airrosti Rehab!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
