What Our Patients Are Saying:

Airrosti helped me through one of the most physically challenging times of my life. I had multiple sites of pain and they were so patient with me. I love swimming, and when other professionals said I would never compete again the Airrosti team inspired me to have hope and that one day I would return to the pool! Because of them, their excellent care, and their positive attitude and inspiration I’m back in the water!! They listened so well to my concerns and stood by me on my journey to getting better when other professionals had given up all hope for me. Thank you Airrosti! I’ll always be grateful for you in my life!! – Ruth Novotnak I have had Plantar Fasciitis for over 20 yrs. I have had a surgery, multiple stress fractures and have not been able to run. Running used to be my go-to for stress relief. I have been going to Airrosti for about 7-8 visits over two months and I was able to run a 9-minute mile recently. While I am still working on my strength, I am able to recover from runs faster. This has been such a blessing. I have lost 25 lbs and my Blood pressure has fallen dramatically because I am able to run again. I would recommend Airrosti to anyone. – Eduardo San Miguel  I had what felt like a shoulder issue between my shoulder blade and spine, that annoying area. I needed the pain to go away because I was testing for my kettlebell instructor certification. I was able to get an appointment right away. The staff was delightful, professional, knowledgeable, and best of all a very down-to-earth, and easy-to-talk-to humans. Their approach in my treatment got me back in training form in a week. The whole team at Airrosti is the best! – Maria Lara

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
