What Our Patients Are Saying:

I started going to Airrosti to alleviate pain in my elbow. I play tennis 2-3 times a week and it was becoming unbearable. I just couldn’t play. What I liked about Airrosti was that they didn’t want me to stop. The goal was to continue to play. After 3 sessions, I could play with NO PAIN! I was in shock. The exercises recommended for me and the therapy kept me on the court. I am diligent with my therapy, and still play pain free. But here’s the part of my Airrosti story that literally changed my life. With all the success I had with my elbow, I decided to mention to the staff about a pain I had been having in my lower left groin area for about a year and a half. A pain that I had thought was ovarian related, but after undergoing a complete hysterectomy, the pain was still there. Nothing horrible, but an aggravating pain that was constant and was becoming especially painful when sitting or driving my car. Well, the team worked their magic and after some intense Airrosti work, I no longer have the pain. It brings tears to my eyes that I lived with this for over a year, and Airrosti healed me in 2 sessions. I am so grateful to Airrosti and the knowledge they gave me to keep myself feeling good. I recommend Airrosti to EVERYONE! – Chelly White

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
